Surgical Technologist - Denville, NJ

Schedule

Monday through Friday, from 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM. On-call weekend coverage on a rotational basis.

Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team in Denville, NJ. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various surgical specialties, including Orthopedics, Spine, DaVinci XI Robotics, Urology, Vascular, General/Laparoscopic Procedures, Podiatry, Breast, and Plastic Reconstructive Surgeries. Note that we do not perform Open Heart or Transplant Surgery.

Responsibilities

As a Surgical Technologist, you will:

• Prepare and maintain the sterile field for surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons and other medical professionals during operations.
• Handle surgical instruments and supplies competently.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sterilization standards.
• Support and monitor patient care before, during, and after surgeries.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Candidates must possess the following:

• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist.
• Experience in Orthopedic, Spine, and DaVinci XI Robotics procedures is highly desired.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a surgical team environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
