Shift: 12:45 PM - 1:15 AM. Every other weekend required.

Job Description

Join a dedicated team in a dynamic Emergency Department recognized for its commitment to patient care and safety. We are looking for a motivated Registered Nurse with experience in a high-volume emergency setting, capable of delivering exceptional care and contributing to a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the Emergency Department.
• Perform assessments, interventions, and evaluations of patient care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient outcomes.
• Effectively communicate with patients and families regarding care and treatment plans.
• Utilize advanced nursing skills in trauma and critical care situations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a valid RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in an Emergency Department.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS required before starting date. ENPC within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in a Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center preferred.
