Hospice On-Call Position

This position requires a schedule of 7 days on followed by 7 days off, working from 5 PM to 8 AM.

Job Description

The Hospice On-Call role involves triaging after-hours calls and collaborating with our inpatient care team at Sussman House. Responsibilities include completing after-hours admissions and visits, as well as conducting check-in calls with patients who were admitted during regular business hours (8 AM to 5 PM).
