Travel MS/Tele Registered Nurse

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00). Weekends required according to scheduling needs.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel MS/Tele Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced orthopedic trauma unit. The ideal candidate will have expertise in post-operative care management, blood administration, and wound vac management.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the orthopedic trauma unit.
• Administer medications, transfusions, and manage patient care interventions.
• Monitor vital signs and patient status, including interpretation of dysrhythmias.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes.
• Implement infection control measures and ensure safety standards are met.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a MS/Tele setting.
• Valid RN license in the state or a compact license.
• Experience with Epic charting system is required.
• Previous charge experience and familiarity with trauma care preferred.
• Current BLS certification is required.
