Schedule

8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a requirement to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Services team. The ideal candidate will provide evaluation and treatment for patients across our facility, supporting a diverse range of therapeutic needs in both an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) and acute care settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Participate in team conferences and provide family training as needed.
• Utilize adaptive devices and equipment to enhance patient rehabilitation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Physical Therapy (PT) license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in hospital or IRF settings is highly preferred.
• Stroke or neuro experience is a plus.
