Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN)

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shifts: 4x12 hours, from 7 PM to 7 AM, weekdays with every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Mother/Baby care. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment and supporting the labor and delivery processes, including triage, monitoring fetal heart rates, and assisting in C-section procedures when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Circulate for C-sections and support with the recognition and treatment of abnormal fetal heart rate patterns.
• Triage obstetrical patients effectively and provide care during the delivery process.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have at least 2 years of clinical experience in Labor & Delivery.
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS (via AHA) are required.
• Travel experience is preferred.
• Must hold a valid nursing license, or be pending with an ETA clearly stated.
