Registered Nurse - Nights Med/Tele

This is a 16-week contract position.

Schedule

Nights - 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. Options for 36 or 48 hours per week, with 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend.

Job Description

Join our team in the West 7 Med/Tele Complex Care Unit, which features 37 beds. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients in a dynamic environment, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and compassionately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols.
• Monitor patient vitals and communicate changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatment as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1 year recent experience in acute med/surg/tele required; 2 years preferred.
• Active NY RN license.
• AHA BLS certification.
• 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates.
