Registered Nurse - Nights

Schedule

This position requires 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with every other weekend and holiday required.

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses who are passionate about providing high-quality patient care. The successful candidates will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized plans of care.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with team members in caring for patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to nursing policies and procedures.
• Document care according to standards of care.
• Develop and implement patient care plans as prescribed by the physician and hospital policy.
• Participate in departmental performance improvement activities.
• Provide clinical expertise to support the longitudinal plan of care for patients.
• Utilize critical thinking for patient safety and experience, escalating as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Wisconsin RN License
• NIHSS Certification
• CPR/BLS Certification

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
