Days, 12 Hour Shift, 7a-7p with weekends and holidays as assigned.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Nurse to join our team. Our facility is a state-of-the-art treatment center specializing in inpatient mental health treatment for adults aged 18 and older. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care to patients with a variety of behavioral health concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an inpatient setting.
• Administer medications and monitor patient progress using Epic charting and Pyxis systems.
• Implement treatment plans and provide emergency interventions when necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient rehabilitation.
• Float to different units as needed to ensure adequate patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 2 years recent experience in Behavioral Health.
• Must possess a valid nursing license in the state of Michigan at the time of application.
• Certification in handling patients with care is preferred.
