Registered Nurse - MedSurg/Stepdown/Tele Units

12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our MedSurg, Stepdown, and Telemetry units. This position requires EPIC experience and a solid background in Level 1 trauma, with a preference for travel experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in MedSurg, Stepdown, and Tele units.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, providing timely interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EPIC.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment and care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN License required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA) required.
• Epic experience is mandatory.
• Previous experience in Stepdown, Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, General Medicine, and Oncology preferred.
• Must have a driver's license with an address outside of 50 miles from the facility.
