Job Description

The Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a telemetry unit. The nurse will monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry data.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and family members.
• Evaluate patient progress and modify care plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required.
• Must hold a permanent Ohio RN license or a compact state license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
