NICU Registered Nurse

Schedule

7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, with a commitment of 36 hours scheduled and 24 hours guaranteed per week. Banner is allowed to cancel one shift.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled NICU Registered Nurse with a minimum of 24 months of experience, including recent clinical experience within the last 12 months. The ideal candidate will be flexible in terms of locations and willing to work in various facilities. This position does not allow for any time off during the first week of the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care to neonates in the NICU setting.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Support families and educate them regarding their infant's care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of NICU experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months.
• Life support certifications from AHA, ARC, or ASHI are required.
• No hits on state license to practice.
• A valid driver's license to verify residency.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
