Contract RN - NICU - 13 Weeks

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM with on-call requirements. 4 weekend shifts scheduled.

Job Description

Join a highly skilled team in the NICU, providing exceptional care to neonates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments in compliance with nursing standards.
• Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions regularly.
• Provide education to parents regarding their newborns and care techniques.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in unit activities to support positive patient and staff experiences.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of NICU nursing experience required.
• Level 4 NICU experience strongly preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
