Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse

Night & Day 3x12-Hour Shifts: 7pm - 7:30am and 7am - 7:30pm (Shifts may be variable to meet operational needs)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse with the potential to float to various units (such as J1-2, J33, and ED) to provide exceptional care to our patient population.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical telemetry setting.
• Monitor patient conditions and manage medications effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Assist in the education of patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
• Participate in unit-based quality initiatives and maintain a safe work environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months combined permanent experience in Med/Surg and Tele nursing, preferably within one facility.
• Must have a valid Ohio nursing license or a compact license.
• Active certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Travel experience is acceptable for meeting the experience requirement.
