Shift: 18:30 to 07:00, with every other weekend and holiday rotations.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide essential nursing care to adults requiring inpatient rehabilitation services, focusing on achieving the highest level of recovery for patients after life-altering conditions such as strokes, brain injuries, and complex orthopedic injuries.

Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Assist nursing assistants with patient care and ensure patient safety by responding to call lights.
• Utilize mobility equipment and vital monitoring devices as required.
• Participate in patient education and support rehabilitation goals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or comparable 24/7 skilled care environment.
• Med-Surg or inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid RN license and BLS certification.
• Familiarity with EPIC EHR system is a plus.
