Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to adult patients, ensuring their emotional and physical well-being in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Monitor patient behaviors and provide therapeutic interventions.
• Administer medications and coordinate treatment with interprofessional teams.
• Educate patients and families on treatment processes and coping strategies.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• Experience in Behavioral Health nursing preferred.
• Certification in BLS required; Handle with Care certification is a plus but training will be provided.
