Job Description

The Cath Lab Tech will be responsible for conducting a variety of cardiac procedures including diagnostic evaluations and interventional procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience with PCI (stents, balloon angioplasty), structural heart procedures, and electrophysiology interventions.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic procedures including angiography and electrophysiology evaluations.
• Assist in various cardiac interventions such as stent placements and balloon angioplasties.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and respond to changes in patient conditions.
• Maintain sterile field and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Document procedures accurately and comprehensively using EPIC charting.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cath lab.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• ARRT-R or CCI RCIS certification and state licensure (WA RT or CIS).
• Travel experience required; local candidates within 50 miles are not eligible.
• On-call commitment: 1 call day per week and 1 weekend every 5-6 weeks.
