Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Skilled Nursing Facility

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with over one year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Rehab Optima (Net Health) and maintain an active license in California.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for patients with speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide therapy interventions aimed at improving patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Familiarity with Rehab Optima (Net Health) is preferred.

Schedule

This position offers a day shift schedule with guaranteed hours of 38 per week.
