Schedule

8-hour day shift, with guaranteed 36 hours per week and the expectation to potentially work up to 40 hours.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have outpatient experience and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and implementing effective treatment interventions for orthopedic patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide therapy interventions and track patient progress.
• Ensure productivity expectations of 60 visits per week while managing a caseload of 12-14 patients per day.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Follow up with patients as part of treatment protocols, including double-booking follow-up visits as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Outpatient experience is preferred.
• Open to first-time travelers and new graduates.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
