Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team. This position offers a great opportunity for both experienced professionals and new graduates to work in a dynamic outpatient setting. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with orthopedic conditions, focusing on restoring mobility and improving overall function.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients about their conditions and treatment options.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day, including follow-up visits.
• Ensure productivity meets the expectation of 60 visits per week.

Schedule

This is an 8-hour day shift position. The therapist will be guaranteed 36 hours per week, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours. Overtime must be approved by the director prior to being worked.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Outpatient experience is preferred.
• Will accept new graduates.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
