Mid shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends and holidays.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Certified Sterile Processing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of travel experience and be proficient in sterile processing and surgical services.

Responsibilities

• Perform sterile processing of surgical instruments and equipment.
• Maintain proper aseptic techniques and adhere to safety standards.
• Utilize automated endoscope reprocessors and various sterilization methods.
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all instruments and supplies.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of surgical trays.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sterile processing role.
• Certifications: CBSPD, IAHCSMM/HSPA, HSPA, or CBSPDS preferred.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with various surgical services.
