This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, day shift from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM, with every fourth weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in an Acute Rehab setting. The ideal candidate will possess inpatient experience and be proficient in conducting evaluations and implementing treatment plans tailored to the needs of patients. Flexibility to float to medical-surgical and acute care units may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Participate in patient and family education.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Inpatient rehab experience preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems (Cerner, with transition to Epic in October).
