This position operates on a 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM shift, providing comprehensive nursing care during night hours.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, performing assessments, and implementing care plans tailored to individual patient needs during the night shift. The RN will collaborate with healthcare professionals and support overall patient well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop nursing care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license.
• Completion of a Nursing program from an accredited institution.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Additional certifications may be required depending on the specific unit or specialty.
