Day and Night rotating shifts: 3x12 hour shifts (07:00 - 19:30 / 19:00 - 07:30)

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Stepdown Unit, providing high-quality care to patients. You'll have the opportunity to float to units J1-2, J33, and ED as needed, based on operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a Stepdown Unit setting.
• Monitor patients' conditions and administer medications as needed.
• Assist in patient assessments and care planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent nursing experience in the specialty applying for, with at least 18 months of recent Stepdown experience.
• Active Ohio or compact state RN license is required at the time of submission.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS are necessary.
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate certification required.
