Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess experience as a Generalist with a strong background in blood bank operations. The position ensures accurate and efficient laboratory testing, contributing to patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Performing and supervising laboratory tests and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality assurance protocols.
• Interpreting and analyzing laboratory results.
• Maintaining laboratory equipment and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide laboratory services that support patient diagnosis and treatment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current California CLS or MLS license.
• Blood bank experience required.
• Recent TB clearance (within the past 12 months).
