Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Every other weekend is required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at a state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation facility. You will work in a dynamic environment dedicated to enhancing patient recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and implement treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapy focused on activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumentals of daily living (IADLs).
• Track therapy hours and charges to meet patient therapy requirements.
• Utilize a range of equipment including ESTIM, patient lifts, and gym equipment.
• Collaborate with other disciplines for comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 6 months current acute care OT experience.
• Active Kansas state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• BLS certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an acute inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Lymphedema and/or neuro certification/experience.
