Day Shift: 5x8-Hour (09:00 - 17:30)

Job Description

The CVIS/Radiology Technologist will provide high-quality imaging services and assist in various diagnostic procedures in a clinical setting. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and demonstrating excellent patient care throughout the imaging process.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of radiographic and cardiovascular imaging procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging exams.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is functioning properly.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to provide optimal patient care.
• Accurately document all procedures and results.
• Participate in quality control and assurance activities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in CVIS/Radiology technology.
• State of New York license is required at the time of submission.
• ARRT certification or equivalent from an accredited body (CCI - RCIS).
• Ability to work 9-10 call days per month.
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred.
