Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

This position offers a night shift schedule from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and practices. This role requires a focus on patient safety and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and interventions in accordance with facility policies.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• Completion of all required onboarding health history and compliance documentation.
• Ability to pass a Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (or exemption if applicable).
• Additional immunizations as specified, including MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap.
