Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with vascular and robotics experience to join our dynamic operating room team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of surgical experience, preferably in a level 1 trauma environment, and will be responsible for assisting during surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile field, and supporting our surgical teams in delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures by preparing instruments and maintaining a sterile environment.
• Collaborate with surgical teams in various specialties, including vascular, cardiac, thoracic, neuro, and orthopedic surgery.
• Adhere to protocols for trauma call and specialty team requirements.
• Participate in departmental training and continuous personal development.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• At least 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist in an operating room setting.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification is required.
• Experience with vascular surgeries and robotic systems is mandatory.
• Level 1 trauma experience is highly preferred.
