Job Description

The healthcare professional will be responsible for delivering high-quality care in accordance with established protocols and standards. This role requires a commitment to patient safety and adherence to medical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient assessments and deliver appropriate interventions.
• Maintain a high standard of care during interactions with patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Required licenses and certifications must be verified prior to onboard.
• COVID-19 vaccination required for onboarding.
• Proof of MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza vaccine, and Varicella status required.
• Clearance from a TB test may be necessary.
• Completion of Prime Core Competencies Exam and Skills Checklist.
• Valid Driver's License/State ID required for onboarding.
• Background checks will be conducted including OIG and criminal background checks.
