Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of patient conditions effectively. You will assess and triage patients, implement best care practices, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive emergency care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and determine necessary care in an emergency department setting.
• Maintain patient safety and provide effective nursing interventions.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to determine treatment plans.
• Participate in continuous professional development and education.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
• 2+ years of emergency nursing experience preferred.
• ACLS, PALS, BLS, and TNCC certifications are mandatory.
