Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a travel position in a busy Operating Room. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care hospital settings and possess the necessary certifications to provide high-quality surgical support.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring the operating room is ready for each case
• Handle and maintain surgical instruments, ensuring proper sterilization techniques
• Work collaboratively with the surgical team to provide optimal patient care
• Participate in patient positioning and transport, as needed

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of current acute care hospital experience as a CST
• Active NBSTA and DORA Certifications
• Experience with transplant and spine procedures preferred
• Prior experience with Meditech EMR systems is a plus
