Job Description

The Medical/Surgical RN is responsible for the delivery of safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care consistent with state standards. This role involves excellent communication, assessment, and documentation skills, as well as the ability to function independently and act rapidly in emergency situations while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-family centered care.
• Conduct thorough assessments and effective communication with patients and families.
• Maintain high standards of documentation.
• Function independently and manage care effectively in emergency situations.
• Support the organization's mission, vision, and values while preserving patient confidentiality.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• Excellent assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
