Schedule

Shifts will be scheduled per unit needs, working three 12-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Job Description

The Vascular Operating Room Registered Nurse will be responsible for scrubbing and circulating complex vascular cases. The role requires expertise in various vascular procedures including endovascular, TEVAR, AAA repairs, carotid surgeries, and more.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate in complex vascular surgeries.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff to provide optimal patient outcomes.
• Prepare and maintain the operating room for surgeries.
• Monitor patient vital signs and provide necessary interventions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a vascular operating room setting.
• South Carolina or Multi-state RN license required by the start of the contract.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications, must be AHA certified.
• Experience with radiation badges is required.
