Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift

Day shift: 7 am - 7 pm, Three 12-hour shifts per week, includes every other weekend.

Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse (RN) where you will coordinate exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients. Your expertise will be utilized in providing comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care in our dynamic general Med/Surg unit. Collaborate with a talented group of professionals while applying the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic patient care, focusing on physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs.
• Accountable to the Unit Director and collaborate with Clinical Nurse Lead and/or Nursing Supervisor during shifts.
• Provide care primarily for adult patients with the occasional pediatric case.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of acute care experience required.
• Vermont RN or multi-state RN licensure is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory prior to start.
• Preference for candidates with Meditech experience.
