Schedule

18:30 - 07:00 with every other weekend required for both Saturday/Sunday and Friday/Saturday nights.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Labor and Delivery unit. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to patients during labor, delivery, and post-partum stages, as well as stabilize critical newborns for transfer.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for laboring patients and post-partum mothers.
• Monitor and assess maternal and fetal status during labor.
• Administer medications and interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on the labor and delivery process.
• Stabilize and prepare critical newborns for transfer when necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Arizona.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
• Required certifications: NRP, Stable, AWOHN intermediate or advance, ACLS.
• Preferred: Experience with Centricity EHR.
