Job Description

Join our dedicated team in the Oncology ICU, providing exceptional care to critically ill patients. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for administering treatments, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide total care for critically ill patients, including turning, titrating drips, and performing dressing changes.
• Administer comprehensive care including trach care and monitoring of vital signs.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Calculate and titrate IV medications for patients on various forms of life support such as vents, CRRT, and BiPAP.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have strong ICU experience, particularly with titrating drips and caring for patients on vents and BiPAP.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Preferred experience includes CRRT and working with transplant patients (kidney, pancreas, liver).
