Shift: 06:30 - 15:00

Weekend Hours: Every Other/As Needed.

Call Requirements: As Needed/10-11 days of call each month.

Job Description

Seeking a highly skilled RN for the Operating Room in a 47-bed acute care facility. The ideal candidate must be professional and able to manage a variety of surgical cases for patients of all ages. Prior travel experience is a plus but not required. The role requires certifications and supervision during the initial onboarding period.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room and perioperative settings.
• Assist in surgical procedures and ensure patient safety before, during, and after operations.
• Maintain a sterile environment and proper surgical protocols.
• Monitor patient vitals and status pre- and post-operation.
• Collaborate with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in New Mexico.
• 2+ years of experience in an Operating Room setting.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, HWC.
• Completion of fingerprint clearance as per state requirements prior to employment.
