Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Travel Registered Nurse to join our Labor & Delivery unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong teamwork, collaboration, and patient experience skills, and will be committed to providing high-quality care in a busy and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to both low risk and high risk obstetric patients.
• Perform procedures such as cerclages, versions, c-sections, and vaginal deliveries.
• Circulate for c-section procedures as needed.
• Manage care for both mothers and newborns under couplet care guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, midwives, and doulas.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of current acute care hospital Labor & Delivery experience.
• Current certifications in NRP, BLS, ACLS, and either EFM-C or AWHONN.
• Experience caring for unblocked/unepiduralized patients is essential.
