Therapist Position

Schedule

This position is scheduled for days, with shifts of either 6:00 AM until lunchtime or 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Flexibility in scheduling is needed as discussed with the director. There are no weekend shifts, floating assignments, or call requirements.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified therapist to join our team. The role requires providing care to patients within a treatment setting, with a patient ratio of 1 therapist to every 15 minutes of care. The therapist will work in an environment that currently has one treatment room and will expand to two within two months. It is essential to maintain consistent staffing with two therapists at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and treatment plans for patients
• Deliver therapy interventions in a treatment setting
• Maintain patient care records using the EMR system, Mosiq
• Adhere to facility policies on dress code, including wearing Steel Grey scrubs and a non-fleece lab coat if desired
• Comply with hygiene standards, including the restriction on artificial nails

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• National Licensure as a therapist
• BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Willingness to provide a permanent address and submit required documentation upon request
