Registered Nurse - Med/Surg/Tele (Nights)

Assignment Duration

This is a 16-week contract position.

Schedule

Nights - 12 hour shifts: 7 PM to 7 AM. 36 and 48 hours per week available, including 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend. Must work at least 1 holiday per contract.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for our Med/Surg/Tele unit, which has 40 beds. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing nursing care in an acute med-surgical and telemetry environment. Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver optimal patient care.

Required Experience

• 1 year recent experience in acute med/surg/tele.
• 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates.

Required Licenses and Certifications

• Active New York RN license.
• AHA BLS certification.

Miscellaneous

Must be flexible to meet the facility's schedule needs, including the possibility of floating to other units as required. Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
