Job Description

The Physical Therapist will manage therapy services according to established standards of care, focusing on evaluations, treatment plans, and patient interventions. The therapist will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient demographic, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, addressing various orthopedic and neurological conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Manage a caseload, ensuring effective patient care.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Preferred candidates will have previous physical therapy experience and a valid state PT license. Experience with case management, screening, and building a caseload is essential.
