This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

8-hour day shifts, with 36 hours guaranteed and the expectation of working up to 40 hours. Overtime must be approved by the director before being worked.

Job Description

Join our team as a Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient orthopedics. You will be responsible for evaluating patient needs, developing treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions. Experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, and we welcome first-time travelers and new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Administer therapy interventions to improve patient function and quality of life.
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day, with an expected productivity of 60 visits per week.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed.
• Float to other clinics as required by operational needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Outpatient experience is preferred.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Alabama.
