Schedule

19:00 - 07:00, working every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a night shift position. The RN will provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing nursing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatment as prescribed.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatment and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Florida.
• Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required based on specialty.
