PCU RN for Float Pool - Night Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled PCU Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool. This position will require floating to all PCU/IMCU floors that focus on cardiac populations. Candidates must be proficient in managing a variety of cardiac conditions including STEMI, NSTEMI, heart failure, chest pain, and more.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care for a ratio of 1:3-4, focusing on cardiac patients.
• Administer cardiac drips including Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Pressors.
• Provide care in telemetry beds for patients with lower acuity levels.
• Utilize EPIC EMR to document and manage patient information.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a similar sized facility.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
• Current RN licensure.
