Schedule

Days: Monday - Friday, 4x10 hour shifts (6:45 AM - 5:15 PM or 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist to provide high-quality radiation therapy services in an adult outpatient setting. The position requires advanced skills in radiation safety, external beam therapy, and imaging techniques. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a daily caseload of 20-35 patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor radiation therapy treatments
• Utilize advanced imaging techniques including CBCT, kV, and mV imaging
• Assist in treatment planning and dose calculations
• Conduct pre-treatment CT simulations and tumor localization
• Maintain strict adherence to radiation safety protocols
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment protocols and safety precautions

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiation Therapist
• Current BLS certification
• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (RT (R) (T))
• West Virginia Radiation Therapy Board license or eligibility
