8-hour Day Shift, with a guarantee of 36 hours and the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in outpatient orthopedic settings and will be responsible for assisting in patient evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions. The ability to float to other clinics is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy sessions in accordance with treatment plans.
• Assist with patient evaluations and progress assessments.
• Manage caseload effectively, ensuring productivity targets are met.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in providing patient care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory standards in patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license is required.
• Outpatient experience is preferred.
• Open to first-time travelers and new graduates.
