Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. This role is focused on providing exceptional physical therapy services within the state of Nebraska. As a Physical Therapist, you will be expected to deliver high-quality care, develop treatment plans, and conduct evaluations and therapy interventions for patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and form tailored treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and rehabilitation.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Nebraska.
• American Heart Association’s BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
