Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) - Night Shift

Schedule

This position offers a flexible schedule of 2 shifts of 12 hours each, totaling 24 hours per week. The shifts are every other weekend and every other holiday, running from 7 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Description

The Registered Respiratory Therapist will assess patients' respiratory care needs based on various data sources. This role involves planning, organizing, performing, and evaluating treatment modalities to meet those needs while ensuring an optimal patient and family experience through all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ respiratory care needs using comprehensive data.
• Plan and organize treatment modalities tailored to patient needs.
• Perform and evaluate respiratory therapies and interventions.
• Enhance patient and family experiences through effective communication and care delivery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Current Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Must possess a valid Pennsylvania state license.
