7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 3 shifts per week; includes 2 weekends (4 shifts) in a 4-week schedule.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide attentive and compassionate care to patients and their families in the Med/Surg unit. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, ensuring a strong patient experience through personal connections and inclusion in care planning.

Responsibilities

• Assess and prioritize patient care needs.
• Provide medication administration and wound care.
• Start IVs and manage surgical drains, nasogastric tubes, and chest tubes.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the healthcare team to promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care in the Meditech system accurately and timely.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Previous Med/Surg experience preferred.
